job description:
Invariant Corporation is seeking a Systems Test Lead with 3-5 years of experience. Duties include test planning, test execution, data collection, and post-test analysis. Pre and post test scenarios may be simulated utilizing virtual environments, so experience with C++ software development, object-oriented design/development, and three-dimensional virtual scene generation is desired. Experience and basic understanding of infrared systems and electro-optical systems is desired. Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.

The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required:
Develop test reports and planning based on customer requirements
Develop network layout and interconnects for a wide variety of systems and sub-systems and verify information assurance requirements are met
Layout test scenarios based on test objectives and customer requirements
Participate in the execution of tests to include system setup, connection verification, test execution, and overall verification that test objectives are met
Execute pre-test and post-test simulation analysis using virtual environments, and simulated models running in an integrated architecture
Develop test reports summarizing test results and system performance
Budget and monitor multiple tasks and report progress against specific goals
Travel to various test sites to support pre-test planning and test execution
