Our benefits are designed to include full-time and part-time employees, including generous Paid Time Off (PTO) including increased accruals with additional years of service, as well as paid Holiday, Military, Bereavement, Jury Duty, and Maternity/Spousal Medical Leave, and other perks to save you time and minimize stress.
It is our intent for full-time employees to accomplish your necessary workload within the normal workweek of 40 hours. However, Invariant permits exempt employees who work more hours than regularly scheduled to receive compensatory time.
