Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer with up to 3 years of experience to work in a hands-on laboratory environment on a variety of technical projects.
A variety of electronic design, build, and testing tasks under the guidance of senior engineers in dynamic environment
Operating state-of-the-art optical microscopes for data collection and analyses
Working with customers and other engineers to develop designs for prototypes
Performing other duties as assigned or required

Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience or equivalent professional experience required.
Basic Electrical Engineering knowledge
Ability to work bench with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE FAMILIARITY WITH SOME OR ALL THE FOLLOWING:
Some experience with C/C++ and/or Python
Experience is a definite plus with:
VHDL or Verilog
Additional years of experience is a definite plus
REQUIRES ABILITY TO:
Obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance with PR within 5 years
Work well in a small, fast-paced and mission-driven environment with co-workers, management, and client
Demonstrate innovation, quick learning, excellent communication skills and adaptive thinking
Work independently with minimal supervision, and to make rational decisions, and to exercise good judgment is essential
Office, Lab, and field environment.
