    Job Summary

    In your role as an entry level Programmer, you will directly support a variety of Army programs working on a variety of technical projects.

    • Support data collection test events in Huntsville and other various locations in the US
    • Support the development of unit tests and the execution of those tests
    • C++ software development, object-oriented design/development, graphical user interface development and hardware interface development
    What to expect
    • Develop graphical user interface (GUI) code using C++ and Qt for use in sensor control and acquisition
    • Become familiar with and support source control configuration control, requirements verification, and bug tracking processes

  • Electrical Engineer

    Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer with 1-5 years of experience. Duties include embedded hardware and software development to include microcontroller code development, VHDL coding, and intercommunications between FPGA and processors in a system-on-chip architecture. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is required. A Computer Engineering degree with an emphasis on hardware is also applicable. The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.

    • Develop VHDL code and execute on various families of FPGA to include system-on-chip configurations
    • Ability and willingness to work on the bench with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, etc.
    • Be able to multi-task and take on parallel project work
    • Develop C and C++ code for execution on embedded microcontrollers and ARM processors
    • Develop digital logic circuits and interfaces to analog-to-digital components
    • Perform printed circuit board level design and schematic capture design utilizing tools like Altium or ORCAD

  • Automatic Test Equipment Engineer

    Invariant Corporation is seeking a motivated U.S. citizen who can join our team to operate automatic test equipment (ATE) for semiconductor testing. Primary duties will include:

    • Operating an Advantest 93000 integrated circuit tester, writing test scripts, as well as analyzing and preparing reports of test results
    • Be able to design high-speed load-boards and device-under-test (DUT) boards that preserve signal fidelity during high-frequency measurements
    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is desired
    • Previous experience with the Advantest 93K tester is not required, but a background in operating automatic test equipment is a necessity
    • An active DoD secret (or higher) security clearance is required

  • Field Service Engineer

    Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Field Service Engineer (FSE) with more than 5 years of experience providing system maintenance, installation and operation in a deployed environment. This FSE will be providing system support and maintenance on the Containerized Weapon System (CWS) deployed in multiple OCONUS locations. This position has the following requirements

    • Familiarity with the operations and the design of the CWS and how it is deployed in theater
    • Experience maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment in harsh environments
    • The willingness to deploy and live in OCONUS locations while providing support to the CWS

  • Systems Test Lead

    Invariant Corporation is seeking a Systems Test Lead with 3-5 years of experience. Duties include test planning, test execution, data collection, and post-test analysis. Pre and post test scenarios may be simulated utilizing virtual environments, so experience with C++ software development, object-oriented design/development, and three-dimensional virtual scene generation is desired. Experience and basic understanding of infrared systems and electro-optical systems is desired. Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.     • Develop test reports and planning based on customer requirements
    • Develop network layout and interconnects for a wide variety of systems and sub-systems and verify information assurance requirements are met

    Job Summary

    Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated SDR Engineer with 2-10 years of experience to work in a hands-on laboratory environment on a variety of technical projects.

    What to expect
    • Set up and operate laboratory-based Software-Defined Radio (SDR) hardware/software
    • Perform signal detection, identification, and decoding of captured waveforms
    • Perform RF signal reception and transmission of data using various modulations schemes (FSK, PSK, QAM, etc.)
    • Work with customers and other engineers to develop designs for prototypes.

  • Facility Security Officer/Human Resource Generalist

    Facility Security Officer Job Summary

    In your role as, The Facility Security Officer, will serve as a technical expert on security and government clearance to work on classified project(s) for the Department of Defense. The FSO will manage the Industrial Security Programs to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM).

    • Establish, implement, and maintain procedures that ensure visitors are only afforded access to classified information consistent with the purpose of the visit, personnel, and physical security
    • Supervise and direct security measures necessary for implementing applicable requirements of the NISPOM and related Federal requirements for classified information

    In your role, as the HR Generalist, will work in conjunction with the HR Manager to perform a wide range of HR related functions from general employment life cycle activities from on-boarding to termination. These include recruiting, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

    • Maintain HR information and manage relevant employee processes, developing reports as needed
    • Administers health and welfare benefits; updates employee/employment changes in systems, reconciles monthly bills with accounting, assists with open enrollment

    Senior Machine and Tool Program Analyst Job Summary

    Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Machine and Tool Program Analyst with more than twenty years experience to provide mechanical support in the fabrication and integration of various assemblies in support of several DoD systems. This position has the following requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience is required. Experience supporting DOD customers is preferred.

    • Setup and usage of machines for a safe and fully functional shop environment
    • Provides technical support to engineers working in a variety of areas
    • Conducts tests to collect design data
    • Machines proto-type parts for our government customer along with making piece parts for certain
    • Create CNC machine programs
    • Operate Grindersmanual mill and lathes and other small tools and shop equipment
    • Inspect components to verify they meet drawing requirements
    What skills, learnings, and experiences are required
    • Must have CNC setup and operation experience
    • Must be able to set-up and perform complex machining operations using manual machine shop equipment including but not limited to lathes, milling machines, saws, and drill press
    • Must be able to use calibrated inspection equipment when monitoring the quality of the parts
    • Ability to interpret and apply mechanical drawings
    • Background working with military systems and mechanical integration onto platforms is desired
    • Assists engineers and performs a variety of duties in the mechanical assembly, test and integration of assemblies
