Prime Contracts

As a trusted partner to the DoD and other federal agencies, Invariant holds several prime contracts that reflect our proven ability to deliver advanced solutions.

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG)
Invariant is a prime contract holder on the SeaPort NxG multiple-award IDIQ, the U.S. Navy’s premier contracting vehicle for acquiring support services in engineering, program management, and other technical disciplines. This award enables Invariant to provide agile, high-performance solutions across the Navy and Marine Corps.
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
Invariant was awarded a $100 million Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract by the Defense Logistics Agency to develop, produce, and support systems related to our Multi-Use Launcher Electronics (MULE) platform. This contract highlights Invariant’s leadership in advanced weapon systems integration and long-term sustainment for mission-critical technologies.
Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Invariant Corporation is pleased to announce it was awarded a contract/s for the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

OTAs offer a streamlined alternative to traditional acquisition methods, promoting rapid innovation and collaboration between industry and government. These agreements allow us to develop, prototype, and deliver critical technologies. Invariant is active members of several leading consortia that facilities OTA opportunities:
